Your AI go-to-market team

Stop buying lists. Reach the people who just showed you they are in market.

EthosMR reads your website, learns who actually buys from you, then watches for the moments that make a company worth contacting — hiring, funding, a new exec, a competitor getting attention. Every lead arrives scored, with the evidence attached, and the first message already drafted.

The product

One workspace for the whole motion

Discovery, scoring, sequences and replies in the same place — so the lead you are reading about is the one you are writing to.

A representation of the product interface, built from the same design tokens as the app. Data shown is illustrative.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs on its own

Setup is one screen. After that the work happens on a schedule and you spend your time on the replies, not the research.

  1. 01

    Connect

Paste your website. EthosMR reads it to draft your positioning, your ideal customer profile and the signals worth watching. You correct anything it got wrong — it does not guess twice.

    • Website analysis
    • ICP drafted for you
    • Signals suggested, not assumed
  2. 02

    Prospect

Source Agents run on a schedule, find people matching that profile, and score each one against it. The score comes with its parts and the evidence behind them, so you can argue with it.

    • Scheduled discovery
    • Scored against your ICP
    • Evidence attached to every claim
  3. 03

    Convert

Sequences run across social and email, drafted from the actual signal. Replies stop the sequence and land in one inbox with a suggested response waiting.

    • Multichannel steps
    • Review before send by default
    • One inbox, drafts ready

Features

Seven things that have to work together, or none of them matter

Signals without scoring is noise. Scoring without evidence is a guess. Sequences without a shared inbox is a mess. This is the whole loop.

Signal discovery

The list is not the problem. Timing is.

Source Agents watch for the events that turn an account from "someday" into "this quarter" — and record when each one happened, because a hiring post from March is not the same as one from Tuesday.

  • Hiring activity, funding, headcount growth, expansion, acquisitions
  • Job changes, promotions, new executives at the account
  • Competitor engagement, tracked topics, profile visits, category research
  • Every signal carries a freshness window that decays its weight over time

Explainable scoring

A score you can argue with

Most tools hand you a number. This one hands you the number, the six components that produced it, and the sentence explaining why now — so a rep can disagree and a manager can tune it.

  • ICP fit, intent, authority, timing, company fit and data confidence, weighted by you
  • Plain-language why-it-fits and why-now on every lead
  • Evidence is labelled observed, enriched or inferred — never blurred together
  • Rescoring is versioned, so you can see what changed when you edited the ICP

Multichannel sequences

Social and email in one thread of work

Build a sequence out of the steps that actually move a conversation — a profile visit, a connection request, a wait, a message, an email, a branch on whether they replied.

  • Eight step types including conditions, waits and manual tasks
  • Per-channel daily caps so an account never looks automated
  • A reply on any channel halts every remaining step for that lead
  • Suppression is checked at send time, not at enrolment

Grounded messaging

Messages that cite something real

Drafts are written from the signals and enrichment on the record. If the model cannot tie a claim to a source, the claim is dropped rather than smoothed over — which is why these read like a person did the reading.

  • Every draft is generated against the lead's own evidence set
  • Your positioning, proof points and objection handling come from your workspace memory
  • Tone and length are workspace settings, not per-message prompts
  • You can see exactly which evidence produced which line

Human control

Review mode first. Full auto when you mean it.

New campaigns start in review mode: nothing leaves the building without a human approving it. Switch a campaign to full auto once its output has earned that, one campaign at a time.

  • Approve, edit, regenerate or reject each draft
  • Bulk approve above a score threshold when the queue is long
  • Full auto is per campaign and reversible in one click
  • Role-based access decides who can flip the switch

Unified inbox

Every reply in one place, with a draft already written

Social and email replies land in the same inbox, classified by sentiment, with a suggested response you can send, edit or throw away.

  • One thread per person across channels
  • Positive, neutral, objection and not-interested classification
  • AI drafts you can regenerate with a nudge
  • Out-of-office and not-interested handled without burning the lead

Learning loop

It gets sharper because you use it

What gets replies feeds back into the workspace: which openers land, which scores are actually worth queuing, which send days work for your ICP. EthosMR proposes the change — you decide.

  • Winning and losing messages are remembered per workspace
  • Score thresholds get recommendations based on real reply data
  • Recommendations are suggestions, never silent edits
  • Attribution survives a signal type being renamed or disabled

Consolidation

Six line items, one system

Most outbound stacks are five tools stitched together with a CSV and a person. Here is what moves in-house — and what changes when it does.

  • List building

BeforeA separate database you export from and re-import every month.

AfterSource Agents build the list continuously against your ICP, inside the workspace you already work in.

  • Enrichment

BeforeCredits burned on rows you were never going to contact.

AfterEnrichment runs after qualification, so you only pay to enrich people who passed the score.

  • Sequencing

BeforeOne tool for email, another for social, neither aware of the other.

AfterOne sequence spanning both, with a reply on either channel stopping the whole thing.

  • Signal tracking

BeforeA browser extension, an alerts inbox and somebody remembering to check it.

AfterSignals are attached to the lead record and priced into the score automatically.

  • Copywriting

BeforeMerge fields pretending to be personalisation.

AfterDrafts written from the evidence on that specific record, in your positioning.

  • Reporting

BeforeA spreadsheet assembled on Friday from three exports.

AfterInsights that tie replies back to the signal type that produced them.

Illustrative examples

What using this actually sounds like

The quotes below are written examples of the kind of feedback the product is built for. They are not real customers, and we will not pretend otherwise until we have permissioned ones to publish.

Fictional · for illustration only
  • The part that changed how we work was the why-now line. Reps stopped opening with 'just checking in' because the record already told them what happened at the account last week.

    Dana Whitfield

VP Revenue Operations · Northbeam Logistics

    Illustrative example

  • Review mode is why it survived the pilot. We could see every message before it went out for the first month, and by the time we turned one campaign to full auto nobody was nervous about it.

    Ibrahim Kaya

Head of Growth · Verity Labs

    Illustrative example

  • We were paying for a database, a sequencer and an enrichment tool that never agreed with each other. Consolidating was less about the bill and more about finally having one place to look.

FAQ

The questions that decide it

If yours is not here, ask a person.

support@ethosmr.com

What counts as a signal, and where does it come from?

A signal is a dated event that changes how worth-contacting an account is: a hiring post, a funding round, headcount growth, an expansion, an acquisition, a leadership change, a job change or promotion, engagement with a competitor or a tracked topic, a profile visit, or research activity in your category. Each one is stored against the company or person with the date it happened and a source, and each has a freshness window — a hiring post from last week counts for far more than one from four months ago.

Where does the data actually come from?

Three places, and the product tells you which is which on every record. Observed data comes from public sources and your own connected channels. Enriched data comes from third-party enrichment providers you connect with your own keys. Inferred data is the model's reading of the first two, and it is labelled as inference — never presented as fact.

Do I bring my own provider keys, or do you resell data?

You bring your own. Enrichment, email delivery, CRM and social connections all use credentials you supply, stored encrypted at rest and scoped to your workspace. That means your contract, your rate limits and your data-processing terms with those providers — and it means you can revoke access without asking us. Where a provider is not configured, the product degrades to a clearly-labelled development adapter rather than silently inventing records.

How are sending limits handled?

Per channel and per sender, with a daily cap you set. Sequences respect those caps rather than draining them, steps are spread across the day, and a suppression check runs immediately before every send — not at enrolment — so a do-not-contact added mid-campaign takes effect on the very next step. If a cap would be breached the step waits; it is never quietly dropped.

Will it send anything without me seeing it first?

Not unless you turn that on. Campaigns start in review-before-send: every draft waits in a queue for a human to approve, edit or reject. Full auto is opt-in per campaign, reversible in one click, and gated by role — so a new team member cannot flip it.

How do you handle compliance and opt-outs?

Outreach is a regulated activity and this product treats it that way: unsubscribes and blacklist entries are enforced at send time, replies stop sequences automatically, and suppression can be scoped to a person, an email address, a domain or a whole company. Anyone can ask never to be contacted through our opt-out form. That request is held on a platform-level list checked before every send, so it covers every workspace — including ones created after the request — and no customer can override it. That said, you remain the controller of the data you process here — you are responsible for having a lawful basis for your outreach in your jurisdiction, and we cannot give you legal advice about it.

What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. The trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel — when it ends, sending pauses and the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Your leads, signals, scores and message history stay exactly where they are, and picking a plan resumes everything. If you decide not to continue, you can export your data or ask us to delete it.

Can I use my own mailbox and domain?

Yes — sending happens through a sender you configure, so replies come back to you and the reputation you have built stays yours. We strongly recommend a dedicated subdomain for outbound, warmed gradually, with the daily caps left conservative for the first few weeks. The product will not stop you being aggressive; it will just show you the deliverability consequences.

How does scoring stay honest when I change my ICP?

ICP profiles are versioned and every score records which version produced it. Editing your profile does not silently rewrite history — leads are rescored against the new version and you can see what moved and why. The six weighted components are yours to adjust, so if authority matters more than timing in your market, say so.

Is my data used to train anything, or shared across customers?

No. Workspaces are isolated at the query level and every record carries the workspace that owns it. What the product learns — winning messages, useful score thresholds, good send times — is learned per workspace and stays there. See our security page for how isolation, encryption and audit logging work, including what we do not yet have.
