Ask us never to contact you

What happens when you submit

1. Your address is normalised and written to a single platform-wide suppression list — not to one company's settings.
2. Every send checks that list immediately before dispatch, so it covers every company using EthosMR today and any that start using it after your request. No customer can override it.
3. Outreach already in flight stops: matching records are marked unsubscribed, running sequences are halted, and messages that were queued or waiting for approval are skipped rather than sent.
4. You get no confirmation email. Sending one would be contacting you.

What we store, and why we keep it

Only the normalised email address (or domain), the date, the reason (“requested no contact”) and anything you choose to type in the note field. We keep it indefinitely and on purpose: deleting a suppression record is how contact quietly resumes. If you would rather it were removed anyway, write to privacy@ethosmr.com and we will explain the consequence before acting.

This form only stops contact. For access, correction, erasure or any other data-protection right, email privacy@ethosmr.com — the process is described in our privacy policy. Where we hold the data on a customer's behalf we will pass the request to them and support their response.
